Bubba`s Barbeque in Pineville

LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! This is not a national chain. This is your typical local-ran establishment. Which makes it all the better. Ordered the pork, baby back ribs and the brisket. I must tell you, there is nothing out there that compares to this food. This food is truly one of a kind. Everything has a strong, smokey flavor which is unheard of from your major BBQ chains. This in itself should attract you by all means. Also ordered the regular BBQ sauce and the hot BBQ sauce. I made the critical and careless mistake of applyinggenerous proportions of the hot BBQ sauce to a bite of my pork sandwich. Shortly after half of my face was melted off, I then realized I needed to drown the rest of the sandwich with the remaining hot BBQ sauce. I must say the flavor of the entire meal took my mind off of the pain. In short, I traveled 59 miles to experience this one of a kind, hole in the wall establishment. I highly recommend this cuisine. Well worth it.

For a mom and pop shop family operation, Lance, Dawn and the family sure do a Phenomenal job with what they do....I just had an amazing Brisket dinner that couldn't have been better....moist flavorful awesome......Good ole Fatboy Food.....They're ribs are damn good too!

Don;t go in the sit-down area unless you are alone. We went in there with a small group and we waited endlessly for our food. Their drive-thru is ok. But that's the end of it. On this Sunday after church we had friends from Kansas City and they wanted to visit a place that is called "BUBBA'S" The meat was dry. Their meats had always been juicy and warm. Not this time. Please beware. Take-out is ok.

Really good ribs, smoked so long they just fall off the bone. A real find.

This is REAL BBQ folks! Not many places left serving up real pit smoked brisket and ribs, and they do it right. And to boot, real cut fries and homemade onion rings. Nothing frozen here, all fresh food. Good honest people. I’ll be back for more!

Food is awesome! They make potato salad just like my Mama. You won't be disappointed. They only have drinks in cans if you don't drink tea.

Good service and food

I've had food from all over the world. Literally, truly the best food I've ever had. The ribs fall off the bone and the potato salad is amazing. Great service in a small family atmosphere. I don't care where you're from, you haven't eaten well until you've eaten at Bubba's BBQ!!!!!

This place is 10,000% amazing. I have since moved away but I have yet to find a place that has better BBQ than Bubba's. Next time I come down I will for sure stop by and get some good ole' Bubba's BBQ!

BBQ? I disagree. Worst "BBQ" I've had. Didn't even finish my plate because it was not satisfying. The meat was extremely bland, especially the brisket. The pulled pork was "ok" but still bland and the "BBQ" sauce does nothing for the bland meat. The potato salad was from a tub, baked beans tasted like canned beans. Not too sure any sides are actually made fresh other than the frozen fried items. I give them an "A" for effort but wont get my money ever ever ever again. Not for me lol

If you are going thru the Jane,Mo area this is the place to stop and get some great BBQ. Oh and don't forget their pie. So good.😊

On the edge of Missouri before Arkansas. You need to go there if you love ribs.

The ribs were not cooked all of the way. The links were ok. The coleslaw was very bland as were the bbq sauces, and the beans were from a can. I was looking forward to jalepenos stuffed, wrapped with bacon and smoked, instead we got burnt balls with cheese, jalepeno, and bacon bits. I give them an A for effort, but for the price, nah, not for me.

This was undoubtedly the worst "BBQ" I have ever had. It should not be considered BBQ. The brisket had absolutely no flavor to it. Evidently they rely heavily in their sub par BBQ sauce. Wonder what they would pay me for a shoe covered in good BBQ sauce, since they think sauce makes BBQ. (Regardless of how good the sauce is or not).

Ordered a rack of ribs to go. They were reasonably priced and fairly quick for the order. They were not seasoned near enough. The meat was very tender but lacked salt entirely.

One thing that is good about the place is that they give good size portions. Another is that the staff seems friendly. There were several negative points, however. The most important being that when people want bbq, they want smoked meats. The brisket I got was not smoked; it was boiled or braised. There was no smoked flavor, no smoke ring on the meat, and it was a little soggy. None of the sides we got appeared to be made in house. They all tasted like frozen, packaged or canned. I don't expect everything to be made in house, but having a few signature things made there is important. Even the sauce tasted like a store bought brand. And they only had 2 sauce offerings - hot and mild. Good bbq places have more sauce varieties than that and they have their own recipes.

My sister and I stopped in for some good ole southern BBQ when she was here to visit me and she was not disappointed!! We loved the food, the sauces are excellent and the owners are very welcoming. 💯 recommend, in fact we are heading there now with my husband. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Five Star diner.

This is just a little hole in the wall diner , it's like stepping back in time. Genuine BBQ. If you've pasted by you have to stop and enjoy

I moved to Arkansas a year ago and have been hoping to find a good BBQ place near by..Well, I’ve been to quite a few places and meh.... I have passed this place literally hundreds of times... Never thought of stopping in... I have never wrote a review for a food place... like EVER.... BEST FREAKIN FOOD!!!! Going back tomorrow!!!!

Found Bubbas while driving through and will definitely return. All home-made food and friendly down home hospitality. Food was delicious and great comfort food

Got 2 large pulled pork (and I mean large) sandwiches to go for $14.00 that came with 2 pickles and a 2 bags of chips. Got the fried mushrooms too which were delicious. Very good BBQ

I got the ribs and the bone fell right off. It was super tender and it wasn’t dry at all. The prices are pretty responsible for barbecue. It also has a nice atmosphere. 10/10

(3.5) Northwest Arkansas, including this area of SW Missouri, has some outstanding restaurants but the BBQ is average at best outside of two locations. This isn’t one of them. As others have mentioned the ladies here are awesome, the shack is cool (you’d expect it to be one of those amazing hole-in-the-wall joints... not so much) but they don’t know how to pull the most out of their pit. This seems to be par for the course, no discernible dry rub, dry meats and lack of smoke. Still Bubba’s is as good or better than many but the food truck down the road betters them considerably.

Great food, good prices, and friendly staff. I love that they serve the large sandwiches on brioche buns so they don't crumble with the meat and sauce.

What a great little place! Food is amazing and portions are large! Come hungry and you wont leave disappointed! Quick and friendly service too.
